Green Olive Oil - La Belle Excuse

This beautiful olive oil is from a variety of green olives called Koroneïki. At the end of November, as soon as they ripen, the olives are harvested and pressed the same day. These exceptional olives are grown in beautiful Trifilia, an area blessed by its climate and the richness of its soil, causing anything grown there to have a very distinctive flavour and an acidity level lower than 0.3%. For 2 months, this unfiltered olive oil is left to decant naturally resulting in oil with no residues rendering it perfect for cooking. 

CHARACTERISTICS: green in color with golden highlights, clear and strong olive and greenery aromas, light peppery taste.
