Pink Grapefruit & Rhubarb Jam-a-lade

A non-traditional marmalade. Pink Grapefruit gives it a nice fresh flavour with just a touch of bitterness, while the rhubarb makes it jammy.

Pair with blue cheese, shake it in a cocktail or slather on toasted sourdough or rye with salted butter.

Ingredients: Sugar, rhubarb, grapefruit, and water.

270 ml  |  Refrigerate after opening and enjoy within 90 days.
